MOSCOW, July 19./TASS/. Significant lung damage in patients with coronavirus recently occurs in three to four days, and not six to seven, as it was before. This was reported by Mikhail Murashko, the Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, on Monday in the process of interview for the “Russia-24” TV channel.
“A range of new symptoms [of coronavirus infection] have appeared, sometimes some intestinal manifestations are notable, presenting features similar to severe sore throat and number of others are observed more frequently. The most important thing, probably what should be focused on, is that if earlier we saw that lung damage developed somewhere by the sixth or seventh days, today such a significant lung damage can occur by the third or fourth day,”- he said.
